World Mental Health Day 2023
Yesterday was World Mental Health Day. In Room 4 we discussed what mental health was, how it’s ok not to be happy all the time and what to do when we just can’t cheer up.
We read the Feel Good Book by Todd Parr and thought about the things that make us feel good when we feel down.
Then we listened to some happy music while we drew pictures to make our very own Feel Good book. At the end we danced our worries away to the song Happy by Pharrell Williams.
