P7H thoroughly enjoyed their HIP N Healthy Programme workshop this morning on the theme of Emotional Detectives, which proved to be both very educational and fun for the boys. This was the first in a series of workshops in school that will focus on topics such as tackling anxiety, building resilience, anti-bullying, and building emotional awareness.

The boys are already looking forward to the second workshop (Tackling Anxiety) on the 6^th March.
